Q: What is your payment & shipping terms?

A: Our primary payment term is a 50% T/T (advance) and 50% Irrevocable L/C (final). We also accept cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) by agreement. Our prices are based on the agreed-upon Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR), and all shipments originate from Semarang, Indonesia to major ports worldwide.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and lead time? A: Our standard MOQ is one 20-ft container. The normal production lead time is 14-21 working days after we receive the advance payment.

2. Product & Quality

Q: What makes your products export-quality? A: Our briquettes are 100% natural, chemical-free, and made from selected raw materials. The quality is guaranteed through strict production control, and independent lab test reports (such as from SUCOFINDO) are available upon your request.

Q: Can I order with my own brand or packaging? A: Absolutely. We offer private labeling services and custom packaging solutions to meet your brand's needs, including design and logo printing on the packaging.

Q: What is the ordering process? And can I request a sample? A: Yes, you can request samples (costs are borne by the buyer). Our ordering process is simple: Inquiry > Contract > Advance Payment > Production > Final Payment & Shipment.
